GIAC - GGOS Inter-Agency Committee

The GIAC is a forum that seeks to generate a unified voice to communicate with Governments and Intergovernmental organisations (GEO, UN bodies) in all matters of global and regional spatial reference frames and GGOS research and applications.

GIAC is founded upon the Declaration of the Frankfurt Meeting held on 02/03 November, 2009 at BKG in Frankfurt am Main concerning the Viability of Infrastructure and Services of the Global Geodetic Observing System of the International Association of Geodesy.

The membership of the GIAC is open to any governmental organisation.
